| Barrington Place is conveniently located near College Mall and Indiana University. Bloomington Transit provides transportation to downtown Bloomington, IU, and shopping. Barrington Place is within the Monroe County Community School Corporation (MCCSC) with students attending University Elementary, Tri-North Middle School, and Bloomington North High School. |
| The Barrington Place Homeowners Association is managed by Jamar Property Management. The association is presided over by Board of Directors composed of residential property owners. All homeowners automatically become a member of the Barrington Place Homeowners Association upon purchasing their property. HOA dues are billed annually. |
